Your skills, qualification, background, and ambition will influence your way of entry. Get in touch with a recruiter by visiting our Help Centre to find out which entry option is best for you.
Our Members Build B.C.
BCRCC represents world-class carpenters, scaffolders, and floor-coverers. We have two training facilities in B.C., one in Prince George, and a 40,000-square-foot training facility in Vancouver that we share with the UBC Millwrights and UBC Piledrivers. These facilities help us maintain a forerunner position in developing skilled tradespeople.
Our goal to be the highest paid workers in our crafts requires UBC members to be the most skilled and productive workers in our industry. Part of the equation is met with the training center infrastructure and our UBC training programs. The other essential requirement is being a member with the right attitude.
.Showing up for work every day and on time, giving 100% effort, and taking advantage of skills derived from UBC training programs is the formula for our success and the success of our signatory employers. If you are a worker who subscribes to these values, our union wants you as a member. If you are an employer who values our formula for success, we look forward to working with you to our mutual benefit. Why Unionize Your Workplace (bcrcc.ca)
