The new K1 Speed Manager will report to the General Manager and work alongside the General Manager, and one additional manager.
● Full time, permanent position
● Approx. 40-44 hours per week
● Must have open availability including weekends

Duties and Responsibilities
As a K1 Speed Manager you will be responsible for many duties including but not limited to:
● Recruitment – complete interviews, new hire paperwork and orientations
● Training – support our trainers. new hires and existing employees
● Cash handling – prepare tills, change fund maintenance and preparation of deposits
● Customer service – work alongside employees to provide wonderful customer service
● Safety – ensure that all customer and employees are following the safety processes
● Policies and procedures – follow, train, maintain and update
● Scheduling – help to create and communicate work schedules
● Audits and reports – independently complete audits and reports
● Marketing – promote K1 Speed using different methods
● Employee relations – support employees as needed
● Corrective actions – work with management team to track and conduct corrective actions

Qualifications
● High school diploma or post-secondary school degree
● 1+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role
● Experience with Google Apps including Google Docs and Google Drive
● 3+ years of experience in customer service
● Must be bilingual (French and English)
