The industry term “Like-Kind-Quality” was the starting point for the LKQ brand name back in 1998. Today’s twist on the LKQ name is one which we feel better describes who we are, beyond just product. “Leadership. Know-how. Quality.” We feel this phrase more accurately conveys the pivotal role LKQ has played in shaping the landscape of the Automotive Industry since our inception. This year, LKQ celebrates its 25th anniversary. We are proud of how far we have come and even more excited for our bright future. With a passion for better, we will look back on our accomplishments that have got us to where we are today and explore how we can continue to drive our company and the industry forward. Our Stories – LKQ Corp

Our People. Our Pride. Our Greatest Assets.

At LKQ, our people are our greatest assets. This motto does more than describe our culture it embodies how we make decisions from an organizational level every day. Who we are shapes the work we do. Being seen, connected, supported, and empowered to participate fully is our goal for every LKQ employee at every location. KQ Corporation is constantly looking for ambitious and motivated employees looking to be part of our growing network.
